Delivery & Returns

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team if you have any queries.

Taxes & Duties:

Please note customs are not included in the price and are calculated based on the value of the items.

Returns:

Please follow the instructions on the returns form located in your Styl'd By Nora package. You have 14 calendar days to return a full price item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note all sale items are cannot be returned.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
